Mithril Security is a deeptech cybersecurity startup providing secure software solutions to make AI more privacy friendly. Our mission is to develop secure data analysis solutions.

The company was founded by 3 friends in 2021. We raised our seed round (over 1m€) last summer after being accelerated by UC Berkeley and HEC Paris. Today, our passionate team of 17 people is based at WeWork Avenue de France in Paris. Job Description

Position with high stakes aiming to assist Mithril Security’s CEO and COO with daily tasks. These tasks can be related without being restricted to the following domains: business operations, administration, communication, and prospection. Below is a detailed list of the expected tasks related to the right hand to the COO; it can be adjusted accordingly based on our needs, your will, and your talent.

Strategy & Management:

  • Roadmap follow-up and community communication (i.e, data scientists and investors)

  • Meetings report for our strategic committee

  • Market analysis and prospecting for new clients

Financial and commercial prospection:

  • Application for subsidies and loans

  • Represent the COO for special occasions

Communication:

  • Create and upgrade our means of communication: website, blog, ppt….

  • Create events around the team and the community on social media

Preferred Experience

You are a young student currently pursuing a degree in a Business, Communication or Media School, you are looking for a rich apprenticeship as part of fast growing start-up. You are also able to justify proficency for following skills:

Required skills:

  • Master of Microsoft Powerpoint and other communication tools
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in both English and French
  • Autonomous working and flexibility
  • Strong learning and adaptive skills
  • Strong interest for the digital economy, for AI and specifically cybersecurity

Preferred skills:

  • Knowledgeable for administrative tasks (related association experience may be valuable)
