Kushim is designed and thought out like a B2C product even though we are a B2B company. It’s a beautiful, high-performance product that is easy to use. The design of Kushim makes the product and the service very special. Design is not the shape or the color of the interface but the global user experience from the distribution model to the client onboarding, the pricing, the way that we guide our clients and help them to achieve their goal, the way that information is organized. We bring order in complexity to make things clear and easy to use. We believe that if our user spends more than 5 hours everyday on a software, this software needs to be perfect, because it will directly impact their performance.

Kushim was founded in 2017, the founding team comes from the private equity or venture capital ecosystem and they all experienced the same problem: there wasn’t any software designed specifically for this ecosystem.

Today, We are a team of 25 people based in Paris and Belgrade and we are all following the same mission: to improve the flow of information and bring transparency to the whole financial industry. Our goal is not only to improve the performance of investment funds, but to accelerate their growth as well.

Job Description

Business Developer at Kushim

As a Business Developer, you will join an ambitious team and your mission will be to participate in our growth. You will use your expertise and Industry knowledge to find and close new business.

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator and real team player. You will act as a trusted advisor and business consultant to the customer, running the sales process end to end with them.

As part of our sales team, you will report directly to our COO.

You will:

  • Take inbound/outbound requests and guide prospects through our sales cycle
  • Make outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, hot calls, video-mails, social selling, events) to generate leads on your targeted market when needed
  • Understand prospects' pain points and help prospects understand the value of Kushim by performing discovery calls & Demos, Q&A meetings.
  • Evangelize Kushim software through product demonstrations, field events and account-specific initiatives
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with Kushim prospects and customers
  • Crush your quota and deliver revenue.
  • Collaborate with Kushim Customer care team to ensure a seamless experience for your customers
  • Work closely with several departments (Sales, CSM, Marketing, Product) to help them make strategic decisions.
  • Document all activities on CRM and keep it up to date
  • Report directly to the COO

Preferred Experience

We are looking for someone who doesn’t fear challenges and is looking to have a significant impact on the company’s growth.

  • 2-4 years successful track record of sales experience in a Saas B2B, start-up environment
  • You are fluent in English - Native English is a plus Our customers are all around the world, English is the primary language with them and we built an international team so English is also the primary language in the team French is not mandatory to work at Kushim
  • Substantial knowledge of tech and/or Investment industry preferred (We are working in a specific industry, if you already have experience in this industry or if you are interested in and already understand how the investment world is working you will love to work at Kushim!)
  • Excellent communication skills (Both verbal & Written)
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage client expectations positively
  • Strong team ethics with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people
