Job Description


As a member of our scale-up UK sales team, you’ll play an integral role in building the foundation for our success, and help us build our core business working with B2B, Not-For-Profits, and Higher Education in the UK and Ireland. You will represent Hivebrite and demonstrate relentless customer focus by managing all aspects of the client relationship, including prospecting, qualification, and driving the sales process through successful close.  

You’ll need to know the ins-and-outs of Hivebrite, be able to demonstrate our capabilities and benefits to our prospects, and serve as an evangelist within the community marketplace.  You’ll have an opportunity to contribute significantly to our future success, and create many happy customers, with highly engaged and active communities.


  • Make initial calls to warm leads to convert into Prospects
  • Identify the decision makers at potential clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any enquiries or incoming leads
  • Build relationships with clients – always ensuring a high level of professionalism and knowledge at all times
  • Research potential clients, connect with and inform prospects, and qualify leads before handing over to the Account Executive team
  • Apply a tactical and methodical approach to ensure the sales pipeline is effectively managed 
  • Compose professional and compelling email communication to engage prospects
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to each prospect

  • You have a first experience in Sales, post graduation up to 2 years of experience
  • You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential
  • You have a high level of oral and written communication skills
  • You have confidence to pick up the phone and start the initial conversation with someone
  • You have good organisational skills and adherence to process 
  • You have the ability to work under pressure and ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • A previous CRM experience is a bonus
  • You are a strong team player and self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • You are assertive, passionate, and takes consultative approach with internal and external stakeholders

  • A 30 to 45 min video-call with our HR Manager to better understand your career plan and answer any of your questions
  • A demo with 2 members of our Sales Team  
  • A final meeting with our CRO to review and discuss any remaining question you might have at this stage
