Job Description

We are looking for talented people who are willing to build the most amazing rewards experience for consumers while keeping growing their own skills and expertise.

As CRM Manager, your main mission will be to develop and implement a retention strategy via our channels (email, sms, push, in-app) based on customer cohorts.
You will be the owner of the CRM excellence at Joko. You will contribute significantly in driving the company's success by maximizing the retention of our users. You will report to the CMO B2C.

Your responsibilities:

  • Retention strategy: you will design and implement the CRM strategy and deploy it across channels, to activate, onboard, engage, educate, and retain our users
  • Product conversion: you will ensure a cross product conversion (app, web app, Chrome extension) thanks to CRM personalized initiatives
  • Users education: you will guarantee of our users' product understanding, making sure that they hear out about all our key features and understand them well
  • Users segmentation: you will manage and improve our users segmentation in order to maximize the personalization of our communications
  • AB testing: you will constantly improve our users' experience through AB tests

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience on a similar role ideally in a start-up or scale-up that develops a consumer mobile app.
  • Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data.
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.
  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have talent for spotting flaws when there are.
  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
  • Languages: You are fluent in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
  • Education: You graduated from an engineering or business school (or equivalent).
