Joko is a fast-growing French startup that brings FinTech into the world of rewards. We allow our users to be automatically rewarded on their daily spendings at Uber, Monoprix, Starbucks and many others.

Our ambition is to deliver a best-in-class experience to millions and millions of users, in France today, and around the world soon!

Joko was created in 2018 by Xavier Starkloff, Alexandre Hollocou and Nicolas Salat-Baroux. They wanted to reward everyday spendings with a completely new approach in this industry: effortless, centralized and personalized.

Since then, we have already reached great milestones:

  • 700k+ users
  • 1000+ merchant partners
  • €3 billion transactions processed
  • €12M+ raised from European investors
  • 30 team members, and counting

Job Description

As the right-hand of the CEO, you will be at the heart of Joko's activity and have a great opportunity to work on very various strategic topics and have a 360-degree view on how a fast-growing startup works. You will work closely with the CEO and other co-founders on multiple projects such as:

  • Helping in the preparation of board meetings & company-wide meetings
  • Setting up internal tools and processes to improve teams' efficiency (sales, product, care, etc.)
  • Carrying out data analysis and reporting on the business, for both internal or external use.
  • Managing strategic cross-teams projects such as international expansion
  • Contributing to the HR structuration and to the recruitment of new talents

This list is not exhaustive as it is an agile role where you will be asked to take up responsibilities based on the company's priorities.

Preferred Experience

You have the ideal profile if:

  • Education: you have a higher education degree, from a top-tier business or engineering school.
  • Efficiency: you are analytical and rigorous, very focused on details, and you are fond of productivity tools.
  • Adaptability: you have a strong ability to adapt, you are curious and independent.
  • Mindset: you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you like challenges, you welcome feedback and you are willing to get better everyday to reach excellence. You like to learn and surpass yourself.
  • Problem solver: you are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.
  • Language: you have an excellent level of English, as everything we do at Joko is in English.
