Joko was created in 2018 by Xavier Starkloff, Alexandre Hollocou and Nicolas Salat-Baroux. They wanted to reward everyday spendings with a completely new approach in this industry: effortless, centralized and personalized.

Job Description

We are looking for talented people who are willing to build the most amazing rewards experience for consumers by developing lasting partnerships with top-tier brands and companies.

As Business development intern, you will work directly with Nicolas, one of the 3 co-founders in charge of the B2B side and you main mission will be to develop every day more partnerships to increase our turnover. You will also work closely with the different other teams (product, marketing, etc.).

Your responsibilities:

  • Elaboration and implementation of the Online strategy to boost Joko's sales. In order to do that, you will be prospecting, upgrading the commercial presentations, negotiating offers with brands and upselling. A great part of your business decisions will be data-driven.
  • Contribution to the commercial development strategy (creation of new commercial offers, pricing, marketing).
  • Contribution to product developments (new features to better promote partners on Joko).
  • Participation in the construction of a coherent brand image, in collaboration with the B2C Marketing team.
  • Automation of performance monitoring You will be proactive in implementing new tools and processes, and in improving existing ones, in order to make performances monitoring easier and more complete (CRM, reporting, etc.).

  • Analytical skills: You love analyzing data and make informed and data-based decisions.

  • Problem solver: You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.
  • Languages: You are french native speaker and fluent in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
  • Education: You are graduated from an engineering or business school (or equivalent) and you are looking for a 6 months internship.
