Job Description

As B2B Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the B2B marketing strategy. You will report to the Head of B2B Marketing and will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams in order to make prospects, partners and candidates know and love Joko.

Your responsibilities:

  • Content creation: Produce the contents (infographics, newsletters, business cases, blog articles, etc.) to help the Sales team get more meetings with top prospects.
  • Event organization: Organise and participate in events (podcasts, webinars, summits, partner interviews, etc.) to make every prospect know about Joko.
  • PR & Branding: Build a PR and B2B branding strategy in order to develop Joko’s notoriety.
  • Lead generation: Work with the Sales team to create and execute impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Performance analysis: Set and monitor KPIs on Hubspot for each marketing channel (both offline & online), with the objective of generating more engagement and build a best-in-class Account Based Marketing strategy.

Preferred Experience

  • Education: You graduated from an engineering or business school (or equivalent)
  • Experience: You have at least 2y+ of experience in Marketing/Consulting/Business Development in a startup or in a consulting firm (or equivalent)
  • Creative: You like producing beautiful and impactful contents, have the sense of design and always have new creative ideas
  • Problem solver: You are pragmatic and know how to quickly solve problems
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on
  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have talent for spotting flaws when there are.
  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are able to explain something complex with simple words.
  • Languages: You have to be fluent-french speaker, but also very at-ease in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
