As stated above, at Incepto we focus both on what we do and how we do it.
The “what” is the construction and distribution of AI applications to help radiologists in their diagnostics.
The “how” is both composed of Incepto members themselves and the culture of our company.

As HR Business Partner, your mission is to help align Incepto’s people strategy with its business strategy.

To achieve this mission, you will:
• Own HR Process for Incepto.
• Provide guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning and succession planning.
• Participate in hiring process.
• Contribute to HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Assist international employees with related HR matters.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Follow action completion after Blossom meetings (Blossom process groups everything around performance assessment, objectives, work-life balance and developing the skills of an employee at Incepto)
• Work closely with employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Define compensation structure from market standards and per job types.
• Manage relationships with employee representatives and Comité Social and Economique.
• Coordinate EHS actions and reviews.

Preferred Experience

Bachelor’s/master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human resources or related domain, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws.

• Previous experience within Human Resources
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork
• Fluent in English and French
• Rigorous, curious
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects and address multiple issues
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
