Job Description

🌱 About the role

At Greenly, convincing as many people as possible that everyone can become an actor in the energy transition is at the heart of our mission, and particularly SMBs. 

As our head of Partnerships, your mission will be to help us manage, develop and expand our partnership strategy. You will be responsible for creating opportunities and managing relationships with channel and technical partners that will allow Greenly to exponentiate its revenue as well as its impact. 

Through this position, you will report directly to the sales team, and will work closely with the teams responsible for growth, strategic projects and Greenly products.


🌱 The goal :

  • To increase sales through partner networks.
  • Drive the growth of our local and international notoriety, by working directly with the founders and informing the road map.

    To do this you will ... 
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements.
  • Define and execute the partnership roadmap by targeting marketplaces, sector associations (accountants, CSR consulting firms, independents, etc.) and other strategic partnerships in order to promote the acquisition of new customers and to generate income.
  • Take ownership of the project by ensuring that commitments are respected once the contract is signed, manage the relationship directly and make future improvements with all partners.

  • Have more than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Are passionate about the issues of the environment and energy transition!
  • You thrive on negotiating with market leaders, building relationships and managing partnerships.
  • Are a true team player and enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders independently, in a context of hyper-growth.
  • Have solid project management skills : Your high level of organization allows you to manage several projects at the same time.
  • You are able to express yourself both orally and in writing, in English and French, and you like to convince.
  • You have strong listening skills and you know how to communicate your enthusiasm.
