Job Description

CSR Connect’s mission is to unite modern CSRs and enable them to progress in their profession. This promise is kept thanks to exchanges between peers in the community, but also by a content brick to produce. CSR Connect aims to become the leading CSR movement in France and Europe. We are looking for our future Community & Social Media Manager to succeed in this challenge.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

1/ Content creation

  • You will create all social media content (posts, stories, photos, videos, lives) according to the marketing calendar and communication plan, or spontaneously.
  • You will find new communication concepts, types of words and topics to convey on our networks.
  • You will be a source of ideas and will always be ready to take advantage of current events and our highlights to create innovative content

2/ Community management

  • You will be responsible for interacting with our community, responding to each point of contact with responsiveness, thoroughness and empathy
  • You will animate the community on the different posts and stories with the objective of engagement and growth
  • You will think about how to place the community at the heart of our strategy (community shoots, repost, interviews, etc.)
  • You will maintain an excellent engagement rate with the community by making each post viral.

3/ Analysis, reporting & monitoring

  • You will set up reporting, monitor key indicators and analyze the different activations
  • You will define and monitor interactions with our community (DM, Comments)
  • You have a data oriented vision and analyzing your actions is one of your priorities

Preferred Experience

You are the candidate we are looking for if you tick these boxes:

Experience: 3+ years of experience in building or managing a community with a non-exclusively social media scope (LinkedIn is mandatory).

Communication & writting skills: You’ve been able to create various types of content (press releases, tribune, video, infographics, articles etc) in english. You love to create unforgettable pieces of content to drive awareness and build a powerful brand. You are creative and come up with ideas for new content or concepts to test! You are fluent in French and in English.

Team player: You are able to work in a multicultural team and collaborate with other departments. You are autonomous, know how to make decisions alone and move forward quickly.

Business sense : You are able to have a business strategic thinking. You also have the ability to understand and use metrics and analytics to measure success and drive desired outcomes.
