In spite of the very important work they do, these SMEs operate with very thin margins and often struggle financially : they have to provide work and pay for materials upfront, face fierce competition and get paid late, to such extent that 10.000 of them go bankrupt every year in France alone.

The financial management of construction projects is very complicated and yet, 70% of SMEs in the construction industry still use Excel to manage their business ! 🤯

Graneet aims to help construction SMEs improve their financial management and boost their margins by giving them access to visibility and transparency on their business, in real time.

In practice, their clients use Graneet to create and follow up on their quotes, generate and control their invoices, and monitor their margin in real time. Job Description

As our first Business Developer, you will :

  • Qualify new prospects and come up with creative, ingenious ways to get in touch with them through outbound prospecting.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of Graneet
  • Own initial relationships and build trust with prospects by introducing them to Graneet’s vision and approach.
  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for Account Executives.
  • Participate in the definition of the goals and KPIs for the entire sales team, as well as contribute to company-wide objectives.

Qualifications 💪

  • A desire to pursue a career in Sales. We’re looking for people who are joining the company for the long run, and want to grow within Graneet.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. You will need to speak with CEOs and CFOs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to process a high number of daily tasks.
  • Prior experience prospecting in a B2B company (SaaS industry is a plus).
  • French is your native language.
