To follow our growth, the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes supporting business needs and ensuring the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Job Description

  • Legal and administrative HR management for Gatling worldwide employees: Remuneration, CSE, Remote charter, work with a law firm specializing in labor law
  • Identifying and recommending areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures
  • Championing the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for all employees and their role in relation to the overall vision
  • Staff Management: Career Management, training, onboarding / offboarding, internal communication, office management
  • Recruitment Management: management and display of the job opportunities, etc.
  • *Reporting to management *and providing decision support through HR metrics
  • Handling confidential matters with discretion
  • Nurturing a positive working environment

Preferred Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent in English

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

  • Already worked in a High Technology environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional langages a plus
