Job Description

The Data Analyst is in charge of data integrity as well as data analysis for Gatling. You track down data gaps between our different solutions and you provide optimization insights with your data deciphering.
More precisely, the mission includes 4 big parts.

1 - Data strategy

  • Help building the data strategy for gatling globally, and with each team
  • Support the board of directors by building the strategic data analysis, including analysis reports for investors
  • Create the process related to data management to support the data strategy: Performing strategic and ad-hoc data analysis with recommendations

2 - Data ownership

  • Setup, review and management of tracking plans across our platforms - GTM, Analytics, BI tool, Product analytics.
  • Management of the data integration and solving of data discrepancies between platforms - GTM, Salesforce, Hubspot
  • Management of GDPR compliance process, with our legal partners
  • Working collaboratively with all Gatling teams (marketing, sales, tech and product).

3 - Product Analytics of our SaaS Solution

  • Management of the product analytics software
  • Identifying data opportunities to enhance product adoption and, retention
  • Reporting and analysis of the KPIs, and continuous optimization of the system
  • Develop an AB tests strategy to implement with the product team

4 - Reporting and dashboarding

  • Unifying and updating the reporting process
  • Reports and dashboards creation according to the teams’ needs
  • Data evangelist: Implement and share data good practices within teams

Preferred Experience

3+ years of experience minimum
Master's degree in mathematics / digital / IT
Proficient with Google Tag Manager and BI tools

Business-oriented thinker with a good analytical mind
Autonomous and willing to try things, test, succeed, iterate
Willing to take part in cross-functional projects with a good teamwork spirit
Ability to summarize and explain in a practical way

Will be a plus
Good English level
Start-ups and agile experience
Knowledge of AB test strategies
Mastery of a Product Analytics software like Amplitude or Mixpanel
Proficient with our analytics tools: GA, Hubspot, Salesforce, BI tool (Whaly)
