At Fitle, we have developed a solution directly compatible with E-commerce platforms in order to solve this problem. After 4 years of R&D, we developed our own technology based on machine learning which is able to predict the morphology of each user in less than 30 seconds based on extremely accessible information (gender, age, height, weight, and body shape). We can then indicate the ideal size and fit for numerous products across a web shop.

Job Description

You will be an active member of the team, and will report directly to our Head of Sales.
You will :

  • Be able to prospect, to develop your network, and to use your own personal network
  • Identify and prioritize leads, and take them to the contract signature
  • Measure your own actions' return on investment: being autonomous when tracking and monitoring your commercial activity and actions using our CRM
  • Cooperate with the Customer Success Manager through the upsell process
  • Analyze prospects' feedbacks and share them with the team, in order to help prioritize our product roadmap
  • Recommend the best sales solutions and processes in order to optimize our commercial activity
  • Participate to elaborate Fitle's commercial strategy
  • Be proactive to optimize our sales policies, our value proposition, and our marketing actions

Preferred Experience

Above all, you are a fighter with a hunter spirit:

  • You have a Master degree (business or engineering school, or equivalent)
  • You are bilingual French / English: you must be able to negotiate and work internationally
  • You have proven competencies in B2B SaaS sales : you have already developed your own network (ideally in ready-to-wear, e-commerce, and/or retail) - 2-years experience required
  • You are creative and result-oriented
  • You are rigourous
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit: proactive, problem solver, and tenacious
  • You like to work within a team and have excellent interpersonal skills
