Fintecture is a French payment institution offering immediate transfer, allowing merchants to collect payments simply.

Launched in 2020, the idea was born from a simple analysis yet ignored by all: traditional payments are too complex for merchants and a source of uncertainty for payers.

So we made a crazy bet: reinvent the payment ecosystem by tackling the technological architecture of payments. Our role is to provide innovative solutions in an industry monopolized by historical players.

We have grown from a team of 7 to more than 80 motivated and determined talents to rewrite the history of the payments industry. This team has enabled us to sign around fifteen major accounts, ranging from large retail chains, such as Auchan or Decathlon, to business services, such as Edenred and Groupe Up, or even to tech giants, in just six months.

In 2022, we are raising a total of €24 million with the aim of positioning ourselves as the leader in account-to-account payments, thus doubling our activity every two months.

Job Description

🎯 Missions

To support Fintecture’s international expansion, we are looking for a “Sales Executive ” to join our Spanish Team.

In France, every month, thousands of new customers pay for their purchases online using Fintecture's PaybyBank solution. In just 1 year, hundreds of merchants have chosen Fintecture as an alternative to credit cards to collect payments online and to free their business from the constraints of caps, friction and high transaction costs. Among these merchants, retailers from the TOP 10 in France but also key players in new technologies.
The outbound closing rate is exceptionally high.

Your mission will be to help us achieve the same in Spain by effectively converting new e-merchants that you will have identified through your prospecting work or that your SDR pair will have generated.
You will report to our Head of Sales and work hand-in-hand with the Parisian teams. The position is based in Spain ( remote / flexible work accepted).

You will mainly be in contact with e-commerce managers, marketing managers, payment and fraud managers, financial directors...

You will be supported in your mission by the SDR team and the Head of Sales. Your responsibility will consist of:
• Prospect actively on a segment and well-defined verticals, e-merchants achieving between 1M and 200M€ of turnover,
• Generate leads in the defined target,
• Optimize the sales process by reducing the sales cycle,
• Organize your reminders and your actions with the e-merchants with whom you have been able to establish a connection,
• Get in touch by phone with prospects qualified by the SDRs to finalize the sales cycle and accompany your client until the signature.

Sales Executive at Fintecture means contributing directly to the growth of the number of customers and the volumes of payments processed by focusing your efforts on the right target for which our solution is relevant. You will have the satisfaction of closing several deals in a few weeks.

Fintecture is the right fit for you if you are:

  • Convivial: you establish friendly and warm relationships with your prospects on the phone;
  • Experienced: you have experience in B2B sales. Knowledge of the world of e-commerce and/or payment is a real plus;
  • Familiarity with the Spanish market and business culture from working or living in Spain;
  • Organized: you are able to manage your reminders, your active accounts and constantly enrich your pipeline;
  • Curious: you are interested in innovative solutions that are revolutionizing online payments;
  • Determined: you have only one will, it is to exceed your objectives. "No" is not an option;
  • Strong ability to convince and negotiate, enthusiasm and perseverance;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for challenge, autonomous and efficient;
  • Native or fluent in Spanish and English. French is a plus.
