Business Developer (internship)


EyePick develops robotic and machine-learning technologies to enable automation in the physical world. Their software gives sight to robots, enabling them to replicate manual tasks in unstructured environments.

Job Description

This role is about understanding our leads to qualify and convert them into customers. You will be closely working with the Marketing Specialist to better qualify EyePick's prospects.


  • Set up your outbound prospecting strategy on your verticals in order to achieve your objectives: lead generation, qualification of leads (via calls, meetings, e-mails, LinkedIn, etc.), post-closing development plan (animation and development of a client portfolio).
  • Navigate the organization of Key Accounts and design a clear mapping for your prospects: gather the right people (C-Level, marketing and operations) around the table to move deals forward and navigate existing accounts to expand the business.
  • Build strong commercial relationships with regional directors, sector managers and site directors to accelerate deployments and activate sites.
  • Report all the information collected clearly in our CRM.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales playbook and team's processes.

Preferred Experience

  • You have a Business Development experience in the Retail, Food or Logistics.
  • You have a clear understanding of fundamental sales techniques in the B2B context
  • You like to follow KPIs and know how to maintain an intense commercial rhythm, without ever letting go.
  • You know how to listen and synthesize prospects objections
  • You are a good communicator, you have good interpersonal skills and like to serve customers
  • You excel in cold prospecting (phone, email, physical)
  • You are organized and rigorous (keeping a CRM, organizing meetings, managing pipleines etc.)

Recruitment Process


  • Not an off-the-shelf sales! EyePick is a deeptech company who sells a complex product. This position is not about off-the-shelf sales. You are required to dive into the use-cases and customer's specific needs and orient the presentations accordingly. A taste for challenge and tech is a must have.
  • French and English required! You will talk to customers in French when in France, and English in Europe. You should be fluent in French and have a professional level in english.
