Your role

Outbound is a new driver of Elevo’s growth that we believe will have a tremendous impact. We want to build the best SaaS Outbound machine there is !

We’re thus looking for an intern working as Growth Marketing Manager Outbound whose role will be to effectively generating leads through outbound channels (emails, linkedin, cold call, letters...). In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing the whole Outbound process : segment targeting, channel testing, data enrichment, sprint planning, sequence execution, process automation...

Elevo's objective is to build an outbound demand generation engine that drive net new business to help ensure that Elevo grows continuously. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this is a high-impact role where you will contribute greatly to our continuous growth.

Your missions as a Growth Marketing Manager Outbound 💪🏻🚀

  • Build and fine tune a performant outbound multi channel machine ****(emails, linkedin, cold call, letters...)
  • Automatize the outbound processes using No Code / Low Code tools
  • Plan and execute multi-channel outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Measure and track campaign performance, lead lifecycle, conversion and business results.
  • Optimize the machine through continuous test and learn
  • Report with KPIs linked to the business to present to the Head of Growth and Founders

Skills 🎯

  • You are willing to learn outbound processes and techniques
  • You can use No Code / Low Code tools (n8n, zapier, integromat etc...)
  • You are not afraid to get technical (SQL, handling APIs, a bit of Javascript if needed...)
  • You can able to define an outbound strategy, metrics and execution plan
  • You read about sales copywriting frameworks
  • You know what Event Based Marketing (EBM) and Account Based Marketing (ABM) are
  • You are data-driven, always looking for numbers and facts
  • You speak and write French fluently and you are confortable in English
