Job Description

Your role

Inbound is a key driver of Elevo’s growth. We have a high volume of high-quality Inbound leads generated by our marketing team for our sales team.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager - Inbound who has a track record of effectively generating leads through different inbound channels. In this role, you will be planning and executing demand generation campaigns for our audience.

Elevo growth team objective is to build a multi-channel demand generation engine that drive net new business to help ensure that Elevo grows continuously. Reporting to the Growth Director, this is a high-impact role where you will contribute greatly to our continuous growth.

Your missions as a Growth Marketing Manager - Inbound 💪🏻🚀

  • The planning and execution of multi-channel online lead generation campaigns, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound acquisition (by leveraging the content team deliverables)
  • Be responsible for all acquisition campaigns from brainstorm to reporting on all Paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Capterra/GetApp..) & Organic channels (Social Media..)
  • Build and fine tune performant acquisition landing pages.
  • Measure and track campaign performance, lead lifecycle, conversion and business results.
  • Content distribution - Leverage a rich content roadmap to find new creative ways to amplify each content piece through organic and paid distribution strategies.
  • Organic traffic - Contribute to the SEO strategy and its implementation.
  • Tracking - improve the way we track conversions, marketing spendings and compute key performance metrics (CLA, CAC, LTV).
  • Reporting - Develop clear reporting with KPIs linked to the business to present to the Growth Director & CEO (Demo requests & Leads)

Preferred Experience

Skills 🎯

  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Generation (in B2B SaaS is a plus)
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation principles
  • Excellent grasp of the full spectrum of inbound acquisition channels = SEM (SEO, SEA, SMO) + Marketplaces (Capterra/GetApp), etc
  • Experience in Lead scoring methodology and techniques
  • Able to define metric and execution plan and ideate improvements on demand generation campaigns
  • Data-driven - Proficiency with analytics tools to drive clear and concise recommendations to the Marketing team & Founders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and planning skills
  • Experience in HR is a plus, experience in SaaS is expected
  • You speak and write French fluently and you are confortable in English
