Job Description

Your role

As a CSM intern, you will join Elevo’s Customer Success team, whose role is to support and develop customer loyalty.
You will act in support of the different members of the team in order to offer the best possible support to our clients.

Your missions

  • Support : understand and manage support requests from customers and final users and solve their problems with practical solutions.

  • Customer satisfaction : support our Customer Success Managers in their meeting (Onboarding, Renew, Upsell etc.), develop usage of our customers, make sure the product is well adopted

  • Product development : contribute to the improvement of our product through customer feedback and close work with our tech team to correct possible malfunctions

  • Project management : participate in the development of our department by conducting a project during the length of your internship (help in building the Elevo Academy for example)

Preferred Experience

Skills 🎯

  • Final year internship only
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role and/or in a B2B Saas start-up is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • You are driven and autonomous
  • Fluent in French and great written skills in English
