Job Description

Your role

We are looking for talented people who are willing to participate in Elevo’s growth. As an account executive your main mission will be to prospect and sign companies willing to improve their performance management system.

Your missions as a Account Executive 💪🏻🚀

  • Discover the prospect pains, quantify them
  • Drive your opportunities to close deals
  • Be involved in complex sales : technical, legal, several prospect
  • Be responsible to participate in your pipeline creation with prospection tools
  • Work closely with our Growth and BDR team
  • Work with Customer Success team to have a great transition for the client

About you ❤️

  • Previous experience of 2/3 years as an Account Executive
  • Proven experience as BDR/SDR is a plus
  • Your are driven and work with autonomy
  • You love working as a team, and so do us!
  • Humble, willing to learn, good listener and always capable of challenging your assumptions
  • Your express curiosity for Management and HR topics

4️⃣ Following case study with a Sales, Claire and Xavier CRO (60 min)
5️⃣ Fit interview with the team
