Depuis 2017, M Éducation a à cœur de créer un nouveau modèle d'école maternelle qui offre à chaque enfant une éducation personnalisée et contribue à la réduction des inégalités scolaires grâce à notre Fondation.

Nous avons actuellement 5 écoles maternelles (Paris 5ᵉ, 14ᵉ, 15ᵉ, 19ᵉ et Clichy). D'ici à 2027, notre objectif est de développer un réseau de 12 écoles maternelles bilingues et innovantes.

L'école M a été fondée par une équipe passionnée et expérimentée :

  • Stéphane Le Viet : serial entrepreneur (Multiposting, Work4, Ekie)
  • Maxime Faguer : business développement (Bpifrance) et éducation (Article 1).

Aujourd'hui, cette équipe se compose d'une cinquantaine de personnes passionnées par l'éducation et désireux du changement.

M Education, a renowned group of 6 bilingual preschools in Paris and Clichy-Levallois, is committed to innovative education through personalized teaching, active pedagogies, socio-emotional learning, family-school relationships, bilingualism, and eco-citizenship. Our schools are celebrated for their inclusive, nurturing and caring environments and have been awarded the "Eco-School” award, and are part of the ELSA and Montessori network.

We are currently hiring English-speaking teachers for different schools in Paris (5th, 11th, 14th, 15th and  19th arrondissement) and Clichy-Levallois.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • As a Pre-School English Teacher, you will co-teach vibrant, young minds (ages 2-3 or 4-5) alongside a French-speaking colleague, creating a dynamic bilingual classroom environment.

  • You will be responsible for preparing and developing the work plan for your class, in accordance with the school project, the pedagogical project and the national curriculum.

  • You will work closely with the other members of the teaching team.

  • You will determine the academic and socio-emotional learning objectives for each child, and establish an individualized work plan to achieve these objectives.

  • You will share learning objectives, assessment tools and results with colleagues, families and students.

  • You will contribute to building a strong and positive relationship with students, families and other members of the teaching team and the school.

  • You will contribute to the reputation and development of the school through your passion for teaching, your open-mindedness and your interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience

QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are a passionate educator with significant experience in diverse educational settings, preferably with international exposure.

  • You are warm and caring and put children first.

  • You enjoy working in a team and collaborating with your colleagues.

  • You are passionate about teaching with a good knowledge of child development in theory and practice. You use innovative methods and tools in your teaching.

  • You are motivated, open-minded, dynamic and creative, but also rigorous, patient and organized.

  • You want to get involved in an entrepreneurial project and have a good proficiency with software and collaboration tools.
