Job Description

We are searching for a top sales development representative who will help us generate revenues day-to-day, by sealing partnerships with Medium to big size insurers and insurance brokers in Ghana/ Nigeria/ Uganda/ Cote d’ivoire/ Kenya/ Tanzania/ Rwanda/ Morocco/ Egypt/ South Africa.

Preferred Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales or similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent persuasive, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a good knowledge of G Suite's content collaboration tools and CRM software
  • Strong background and understanding of customer service principles
  • Drive, stamina and self motivation
