Intro:

We created Chift two years ago and we want to be the European leader of financial software integrations by 2027 🚀 It’s an amazing opportunity to be part of the early builders of an ambitious and fast-growing start-up.

You will be working closely with one of the co-founder ****and your actions will have a direct impact on the company and the product used by our clients. Depending on your skills and the strategy, we will prioritize the many projects you will be working on.


Mission

You are passionate about development and love taking on challenges? You enjoy the digital world, the tech industry and a startup environment? This opportunity is for you.

You will have a key role in our company as you will be responsible to lead the analysis of projects. Those projects can vary between developing new connectors, developing a synchronisation between two softwares or even analyzing the gap between what we get out of an API and what we see in a tool.

We are looking for someone with a strong analytical mind who’s eager to dive deep into new challenges. You'll work closely with our product team, guiding the implementation of new features.

Here is an overview (not exhaustive) of your responsibilities:

  • Mastering our business use cases: Understand them inside out.

  • Driving project implementation: Become the go-to expert for detailing new features and projects.

  • Thinking ahead: Design solutions with long-term architecture in mind and follow best practices.

  • Documenting features: Ensure that new features are well-documented for smooth delivery to users.

  • Growing with us: Opportunity to expand into various roles across Product and Growth teams.

Profil recherché

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a proven track record as a self-taught expert.

  • Experience: 2+ years in consultancy, IT integration, or fintech startups is a big plus.

  • IT Knowledge: Understanding of accounting integrations is a strong advantage.

  • Business acumen: Integrations impact financial tools and finances, so understanding the business logic is essential. Liking to analyze, apply, and test these analyses is crucial

  • Data-Driven: You make decisions based on data and thrive on learning new things.

  • Curious & Resourceful: You love challenges, are eager to learn, and want a holistic view of the solution.

  • Startup Enthusiast: You’re open-minded, enjoy collaboration, and embrace the fast-paced, “rock and roll” startup environment.

  • Ownership Mentality: You’re a doer who takes the lead on projects.
