Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

As an Inside Sales at Bigblue, you'll be in charge to provide prospects the most immediate and high quality first interaction with Bigblue in order to drive great customers. You are responsible for selling the Bigblue value proposition to inbound leads, primarily over the phone.

QUALIFY LEADS

  • Navigate a high volume of product and sales related inquiries
  • Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for Bigblue's sales process via phone, live chat, and email.

HELP PROSPECTS

  • Become an expert in e-commerce logistics
  • Help remove technical barriers for our users and recommend best practices
  • Identify and deliver best next steps or resources to assist customers and users
  • Inspire prospective customers to adopt Bigblue

CLOSE NEW CUSTOMERS

  • Engage highly qualified inbound small and mid-sized leads over the phone
  • Run a full sales cycle and close new business to consistently exceed quota
  • Inspire prospective customers to adopt Bigblue
  • Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business

CONTRIBUTE TO BIGBLUE'S EVOLUTION

  • Work collaboratively with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the firm introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
