Sa plateforme digitale permet aux clients de vivre une expérience unique : signature en ligne, transparence des prix et paiements flexibles.
Le marché de la mobilité électrique est en plein essor et Beev vient de lever 1,5 million d’euros afin de développer son activité.

Descriptif du poste

People are what make companies great and this role is the most important one at Beev. You’ll be responsible for hiring the best people and making sure our HR culture rocks.
You will be working closely with the founders.

  • Work on our Company culture and our HR organization
  • Improve transparency
  • Help us source and hire the best people & Manage and oversee the whole recruiting and hiring process
  • Setting objectives for the HR team and tracking progress
  • Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
  • Reviewing and approving or modifying budgets
  • Monitor key HR metrics
  • Recommand new perks and incentives for employees
  • Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
  • Employee training
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors
  • Asses and maintain employee benefits programs and inform employees of the same
  • Admin tasks

Profil recherché

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role
  • Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
