As a key member of our team, youâll work closely with our founders and department leads as a partner to build and implement a people strategy that aligns with our vision and values. Youâll be the sponsor of employee experience, company culture, and streamlined HR processes.
You'll be joining Beamy at a key moment, post-series B, when Beamy's HR foundations need to be expanded. We want to strengthen our culture so that it can stand the test of time and withstand the scale of the staffing levels in line with our ambitions. MISSIONS
Talent Management
⢠Following up with our team members and provide support to management : listening, observing, and anticipating signals regarding talent identification and retention.
⢠Guiding career path development.
⢠Driving engagement and effectiveness initiatives such as 360° reviews and surveys.
⢠Working with teams to integrate the company's values into their day-to-day work.
⢠Continuous improvement of the various processes & documentation (Salary Grid, 360 review support, Career Path, Onboarding, OffboardingâŚ)
Talent Acquisition
⢠Work with the Hiring manager along the recruitment process (from the scorecard to the job offer)
⢠Plan and execute a sourcing strategy, if needed.
People Operations
⢠You'll check that payroll elements are communicated to the Ops team, take care of contract management, and ensuring HR compliance.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
⢠Youâve a proven track record as an experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner (at least 5 years), gained in tech enabled business (e.g. SaaS, marketplace, classifieds, e-commerceâŚ).
⢠Youâve already had a strong project dimension in your previous experience (performance management, remuneration, increasing managers' skills, etc.).
⢠Youâve demonstrated a strong ability to earn the trust and confidence of individual contributors while effectively representing leadership concerns, maintaining a balanced and empathetic approach.
⢠You have a native-level proficiency in French and fluency in English.
