To support Beamy's growth and ensure our clients have an exceptional experience on our platform, we are looking for a talented Customer Support intern. In this role, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by providing top-notch support and resolving issues efficiently.

Your contributions will directly impact our clients' success and our company's growth, making you an essential part of our team. Join us to help streamline our support processes and deliver outstanding service to our expanding client base.

🎬 A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

Ensuring Client Usage Satisfaction: You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with their experience on our platform.

Managing Level 1 Support: You will handle initial support requests from clients, including answering questions, addressing requests, and resolving bugs.

Assisting Clients: You will help clients resolve issues and answer their questions, both through written communication and in meetings.

Internal Ticket Management: You will manage the internal ticketing system, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are coordinated and informed about the progress of tickets. This includes prioritizing tasks for various teams to ensure efficient resolution of issues.

Identifying Trends: You will analyze support tickets to identify recurring problems and client needs.

🕵 We are seeking individuals who possess:

You are in the last year of a Master's degree in Business and looking for a 6-month internship.

Ideally, you have a first internship experience in a client-facing role in a Software, SaaS, or startup company.

You are curious about tech and product subjects and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

You are not afraid of technical subjects and are ready to find solutions and take on responsibilities quickly.

You are a native French speaker and fluent in English.
