Due to our fantastic growth in Asia we are looking for a driven, smart, and experienced sales leader who can help drive new logo acquisitions and develop existing client relationships with large enterprise clients across ANZ.
Reporting to our VP Sales APJ, and working closely with Alsid’s APJ Pre Sales Team and our local partner network, you have full Sales ownership over your account lists and regions. Your responsibilities span from detecting leads with automation-heavy account-targeted tactics, to closing opportunities and maintaining relations with your customers and partners.
Being part of a team that works in a service-leadership mentality, you’ll have significant freedom of action on your execution, and will be accountable for your region’s business success. A quick learner, you have a proven capability in understanding your markets and customers. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you adapt your tactics quickly and are capable handling most of the sales process in autonomy, including high level demos and RFPs.
As a RSM, you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting, identifying, qualifying sales pipeline for new customers
- Closing business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings objectives
- To execute a Install Base Sales Plan, in an existing account base
- To work with the assigned Technical Consultant to properly articulate, define and scope sales opportunities in the existing customer base
- To contribute to the public face of Alsid attending industry functions & promoting Alsid value
- Overseeing customer proposal process and ensuring that all address customer requirements
- Leverage Alsid’s best-in-breed solutions worldwide by actively building relationships with counterparts worldwide
- Supporting and educating Sales, Marketing and other internal departments to ensure that customers get appropriate updates, upgrades and event-oriented solution
