Job Description

Jump in a fast-growing startup scale by helping its G&A team support the whole company’s operations.

The Office Manager Assistant will provide support to our exceptional OM as our company grow internationally. You’ll be in the center of all administrative activities: HR, finances, relations with suppliers & clients. Under her supervision, you’ll take over some of her tasks and cooperate with other teams (marketing, G&A & sales most notably).

Your missions will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to all our team members.

Preferred Experience

  • Assist the Office Manager in all her missions (accounting, legal, HR, internal communication, office management)
  • Provide support to the whole team and help them focus on their mission by taking-over administrative tasks (booking travel arrangement, relation with suppliers)
  • Help define the company’s daily life by organizing internal events and animations. We all love to stop working from time to time!
  • Make sure the office is properly run and that nobody lacks anything
