Job Description

As part as its hyper-growth, Alsid is looking for a talented Channel Sales Manager able to maintain and expand relationships with resellers.
Working in a fast-growing environment, you will lead, manage and expand Alsid’s resellers partnerships in Europe. By being a proactive force, you will set up a channel strategy and partner programs, identify new potential resellers and develop existing one to achieve sales revenue targets.
You will work specifically with Sales & Marketing teams to establish positive and strong working relationships with the partner. As a Channel Manager you will have a major role in the success of Alsid in the commercial expansion of its solution through resellers.
Strong relational skills as well as high organizational capacities are a critical part of this position. This position requires a deep understanding of the cybersecurity market, its specificities and its main stakeholders to be able to implement an efficient channel model adapted to Alsid’s DNA.

Preferred Experience

Experience
5+ years in driving channel sales in cybersecurity
Business education (Master’s Degree from a business school or university)

Required skills:
o Proven experience in recruiting new resellers
o Excellent presentation skills, ability to influence at senior executive level
o Ability to develop and implement a partner business strategy
o Combination of an analytic mindset and business savvy
o Self-motivated and directed, strong negotiation and follow up skills
o Strong relational and empathic capabilities
o Fluent in English
