The Technology Partner Manager, North America is responsible for the acquisition and management of AB Tasty’s technology partnerships across America. You will be working with some of the most innovative, and well known SaaS technologies in the world while being part of building a world class, Technology Partner Program.
The ideal candidate will be in tune with the key players in our industry and have a passion for helping AB Tasty WIN! You bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgement, along with the ability to think about what is and more importantly, what could be.

A few examples of your responsibilitiesBuilding a successful partnership channel is a team sport that requires coordination across multiple functions within our organization. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Legal to ensure we deliver an efficient, scalable and high-quality partner program that makes real business impactOwn the full lifecycle of a tech partnership - from initial discovery discussions, to contract negotiations, integration build, launch, enablement and ongoing managementBuild and manage comprehensive, analytical reporting of partnership activity against KPIs to measure effectiveness and performance of all partners and drive new initiativesEffectively pitch our product and its benefits to the prospective partners and their customers via live demo and presentationsHelp triage new opportunities in a data-driven manner, supported with solid business acumenEducate internal teams on tech partner offerings and benefits of integration with the goal of driving adoption of partner integrations by Trustpilot customersMaintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape in both Digital Experience technology and Digital Agency companiesPlay an integral role in shaping the partner strategy and helping communicate our progress and impact to key internal stakeholdersMaximize and grow the tech partnerships commercial value to AB Tasty by working closely with marketing, sales and customer success

What we look for
A bit of experience. Minimum 3+ years sales experience in a complex technology solution-selling B2B sales environment, preferably in the Digital Experience space. You’re an expert at driving the sales cycle from business champion to the C-level.
Agility. Ability to grow sustainable channel partnerships through account planning and strong pipeline management.
Great communication skills. Your job is to convince partners to work with us. As such, you need to be able to build strong relationships with all people you interact with in order to be the most impactful possible. Your impressive kindness and common sense will help.
Passion for the field. You have a keen interest in people and get really excited about convincing them to make the best decision by working with us. In addition, you’re interested in the tech world and new technologies.
Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, and have the will to persevere through adversity until the job is done - and done impeccably.
