Job Description

The Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) is part of the team that supports new business sales by sourcing and building relationships over the phone, email, and networking. Through these methods, you will generate interest in AB Tasty, qualify leads, and set up demos or promote Free-Trial Suscriptions.

While this is more of an entry-level role, it is a critical component of the success of AB Tasty. Because of this, you will have the opportunity to be closely mentored and developed by more seasoned members of the sales team.

The person you will be speaking to are mainly tech or product profiles : CPO, PM, PO, Lead Devs, Devs, Digital Analysts, Data Scientists.

What you will do

  • Partner with Account Executives to help fill their sales pipeline and develop your skills
  • Research and build new and existing accounts (e.g. adding contacts, sending customized e-mails, strategic calls)
  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists
  • Qualify and follow-up new accounts by using our lead scoring system
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth
  • Create a great first impression to our prospects by providing them with a world class experience and thinking of innovative ways to approach them
  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified new business opportunities
  • What we are looking for

  • +2 years experience in a sales environment
  • Ability to take initiativeStrong interest in new technologies and desire to be in technology sales
  • Strong self-starter personality, not afraid of being tenacious and resilient
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Knowledge in Tech Profiles Personas (how they work, their missions, their pains, the tools they use, how to address them, answer to technical objections)
