Job Description

Our route to success is through the growth of Flagship. That’s why we consider as one of our top priorities to grow the Flagship team currently made of 10 members, working hand in hand daily like a startup within the company.

We are looking for a Customer Platform Manager for our new platform Flagship by AB Tasty.

As Customer Platform Manager, you’ll be dreaming up innovative ways to ensure the product adoption of our Self Serve Clients through automation, Product Score evolution and our support platform.

You will work closely with the Technical Solution Managers, Sales Team and Product Team to make Flagship experience successful and help to convert Free users into paid customers.

You will report to our Client Director - Flagship.

Contract & Location 📍

  • 6-month to 1-year Internship (stage)
  • Paris Office: 19 rue Michel Le Comte, 75003 Paris, with up to 1 day in remote per week
  • A few examples of your responsibilities 💪

  • Product Adoption and Conversion
  • Create Email campaigns to drive product adoption 
  • Keep an eye on our data to suggest improvements 
  • Help to Identify qualitative users in terms of product usage and engagement metrics
  • Pick up your phone to discuss with some users and push product usage
  • Shared Product Usage information about qualitative users to help the sales team to convert them into paid customers
  • Support
  • Answer questions about how to implement/use the platform, raised by our users through our support platform
  • Be proactive in the optimization and updates of our support platform
  • Become a product expert 
  • Analysis
  • Take care of our clients feedback, needs and pain points and communicate with our Product team to enhance the platform
  • Take care of Self Served users Product Usage to improve our process and help to convert free customers into paid customers
  • Bug management
  • Investigate and follow-up on bugs through internal tools (Jira and Intercom)
