We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to oversee our relationship with our APAC clients.
As a KAM, you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by understanding their requirements of the AB Tasty platform and uncovering their needs for the future in the ever-changing world of Conversion Rate Optimisation.
The ideal candidate will be capable of building strong relationships with strategic customers. You will be able to identify the demands and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutually beneficial cooperation.
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for contract renewals, upselling and cross selling of your customer portfolio.
Our clients include: David Jones, Amaysim, AON, Nutrition Warehouse or NZME.

What we look for:
A bit of experience. Minimum 3-4 years experience in a quota-carrying sales function in software or consulting startup and proven network in the APAC market, preferably with SaaS MarTech solutions.
Hunter mentality. You must hold dearly, deep within your soul, the tasks of negotiation, closing of deals and over achieving your targets.
Passion for the field. You are an expert at driving the sales cycle from business champions to the C-level. Proven experience implementing customer retention initiatives, achieving high retention rates and customer satisfaction
