A few examples of your responsibilitiesSupport the entire People Team members in their daily tasks on all topics People related as Staff administration, recruitment, culture & People business partner aspects and especially:
Culture: involvement in corporate responsibility projects, HR internal communication, actions to improve employees’ happiness
People BP: Employee engagement, recognition actions, training (support on Qualiopi certification application, collect documents and actions follow up, support on administrative follow up with OPCO and training sessions’ organization)
Recruitment: help in employer branding actions
Staff Administration: internal HR processes, notes, certificates drafting, help in medical appointments, meal vouchers and transportation tickets management

What we look for
A bit of experience. Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources + A first internship/Apprenticeship experience appreciated. Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and/or Indesign is valuable.
Time to spend together. An end-of-study internship (6 months) or an Apprenticeship.
Passion for the field. You have a keen interest in people and get really excited about getting to know them better. In addition, you’re interested in the tech world and new technologies.
Great communication skills. Your role will lead you to interact with people from different countries and with diverse backgrounds. You need to adapt your communication to your audience, think fast, and be able to write any communication without a single spelling mistake.
Drive. You’re energetic, hard-working, and have the will to persevere through adversity until the job is done - and done impeccably. You’re massively into getting results, and always aim for excellence in what you do.
Ambition. You never settle for anything less than your best. You’re eager to be part of a team that strives to constantly grow and enjoy overcoming fresh, exciting challenges on a daily basis.
Reasoning and depth of learning. You’re structured and creative enough to solve most challenging problems independently, given the necessary knowledge. You learn new concepts and skills rapidly, and love to nerd out and go in-depth. After a few weeks, you should be able to take full ownership of a few tasks!
Proficiency in English. Effective communication is one of the key aspects of this job. That’s why you need to read, write, and speak fluently in English. Other languages like German and/or Spanish are a plus!
Proficiency in French is mandatory. You need to have a perfect understanding of the French language to get on track quickly.
