Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our UK Customer Success team. You will work closely with them to ensure our clients are making the most out of the AB Tasty tools. You will also gain your own client portfolio to structure successful relationships and be their main point of contact in order to manage their day-to-day requests.
What you will doBe responsible for the management of your client portfolio following implementationHelp build loyalty by creating excellent relationships with clientsBrainstorm and suggest Conversion Rate Optimisation experiments and personalisation campaign ideas with clientsAssist clients in creating campaigns by working closely with the technical teamAnalyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysisMaximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimising churnUndertake operational and methodological training for major accountsHelp the sales team with the on-boarding of new clients (proof of concepts, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)
