Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager - APAC you are responsible for the continued support of our clients and finding the best way to increase value with them through further service and product sales and the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions whilst working together with our sales, customer support and technical teams

What you will do :

  • Drive revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell of services and products
  • Identify accounts with high growth potential
  • Responsible of technical trials on the Flagship Platform (API-based product)
  • Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation
  • Communicate and identify ROI for clients to show cost/benefit example to clients
  • Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers
  • Negotiate and close sales cycles
  • Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
  • Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalisation campaigns
  • Analyse and identify new areas for optimisation following data analysis
  • What we are looking for

  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Confortable in public speaking
  • Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into strategic plans
  • Understanding of programmatic languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Commercially savvy and able to see business expansion opportunities
  • Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, highly adaptableAbility to travel
